Refunds & Returns
Because all of our meals and top-ups are freshly prepared and perishable, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our kitchen.
We will offer a refund or replacement only if:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The wrong product or quantity was delivered
- There is a quality issue (e.g., spoiled or improperly packaged)
Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order, including a photo if possible. Once verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method, or a replacement can be delivered. Refunds are generally completed within 5 business days.
To ensure eligibility, customers must store products correctly (frozen until ready to use). Improper storage or leaving food at room temperature may void the refund/replacement.

Please note:
- All meals should be kept frozen until ready to serve.
- Always wash hands, bowls, and surfaces after contact with raw food.
- Monitor your dog when introducing new meals, especially if they have a sensitive stomach or are new to a raw diet.
- If your dog has a medical condition, is on medication, or is under veterinary care, consult your veterinarian before introducing raw meals or supplements.
- By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for proper storage, handling, and feeding according to our guidelines.
